COLES Express Service Station - Bathurst & Orange (Casual Work)
From 17th April 2005 – 24th September 2005, I worked casually for Coles Express Shell Service Station. My position as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) was to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
My duties included:

• Open Shift 5:30am: Unlock store and open air lock safes, set up forecourt (Fire Extinguishes, Customer Service Units, price boards, banners, air hoses etc), Count Float, reset/start console and fuel / LPG pumps. Operate Console, general cleaning duties and stock rotation.
• Close Shift 2 – 11pm: Restocking, cleaning store bins, packing up the forecourt and cigarettes, balancing cash shifts/float and TACC keys and secure in air lock safes. Lockup and alarm.
• Customer Service Officer: Console Operator, money handling and cash drops, fuel, pumps, deliveries, store general cleaning duties, Unloading stock to storerooms and fridges. Food handling, trailers hire, swap and go and up selling in-store promotions.

Wentworthville Leagues Club - Wentworthville, Sydney (Full Time Work)
From 12th January 2004 – 14th August 2004 (Resigned), I worked Full-Time for Wenty Leagues. My position was Floater (Trained in all areas of the club including: - Bar and Gaming, TAB, KENO, Change Desk, Reception, Bistro food preparation, runner, waitress and table/poker machine beverage tray service)
My duties included:

• BAR: Preparing beverages for bar & tray service, general cleaning & open/close procedures
